Child policy: age 1 to under 5 sharing with parents is free for 1 child per 2 adults; second child charged 50% adult. Age 5 to under 10 charged 75% adult sharing with parents. Age 10+ charged as adult.
Holiday surcharge for FIT overnight bookings: 10/3 lunar calendar, 01/01, 30/04, 01/05, 02/09 = 200,000 VND per guest; 24/12 and 31/12 = 500,000 VND per guest; lunar Tet red days 30, 1, 2, 3 = 300,000 VND per guest per day.
