Special days: 01/01/2026 surcharge 15% on room rate / extra person / extra bed; 24/12, 25/12 and 31/12 surcharge 1,980,000 VND per adult and 990,000 VND per child 5-11 years old.
Single occupancy: 15% less than double/twin cabin rate.
Children under 5 sharing a full-price cabin: first child free; second child charged 30% adult without extra bed. Children 5-11 follow 50% or 75% rules depending on rooming and extra bed. From 12 years old charged as adult.
Passenger manifest required 7 days before departure; missing full guest information 48 hours before check-in may be treated as cancellation.
