Cruise Policy
Commercial validity in this seed: 01/01/2026 - 31/12/2026, projected from the Catherine 2025 supplier contract.
Rates are quoted per cabin in VND and stated as inclusive of government tax. Contract notes mark them as non-commissionable.
Guide policy: FIT under 9 cabins = 2,000,000 VND per guide per night; GIT over 9 cabins = 1,000,000 VND per guide per night.
Early bird: 5% discount on contracted room rates when booking at least 45 days in advance with minimum 30% booking-value deposit; transport excluded.
Festive surcharge: 1,100,000 VND per guest per night, and 880,000 VND per child under 11 per night, for public holiday periods listed in the contract.
Weather cancellation note from contract: full refund if guest has not yet arrived at Tuan Chau Port; partial service consumption may be charged operationally.
